Branch Lifecycle

The Branch Lifecycle at NCED outlines the step-by-step journey of establishing and operating a training center or franchise under the National Council of Education and Development. Our goal is to ensure consistent quality, smooth operations, and impactful learning experiences across all our centers.

? 1. Proposal & Application

• Interested individuals or organizations submit a formal proposal or franchise application.

• Basic eligibility, location potential, and infrastructure readiness are assessed.

? 2. Documentation & Agreement

• Submission of required documents: ID proofs, business registration, address proof, space photos, etc.

• Signing of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) or Franchise Agreement outlining roles, rights, and responsibilities.

• The branch is set up as per NCED’s guidelines (classrooms, labs, admin area, branding).

• Technical and physical requirements are reviewed before launch.

? 4. Staff Training & Orientation

• Faculty and management staff undergo training on NCED’s curriculum, teaching methods, operations, and student engagement.

• Standard operating procedures are shared for consistency.

? 5. Center Launch & Branding

• Official inauguration of the branch.

• Promotional support and branding materials provided by NCED to raise awareness in the local area.

? 6. Admission & Course Delivery

• Admissions begin for approved courses.

• Classes and practical sessions are conducted as per curriculum guidelines.

• Attendance, assessments, and training logs are maintained.

? 7. Certification & Evaluation

• Examinations and skill evaluations conducted.

• Certificates are issued to successful candidates, recognized nationally and internationally.

? 8. Monitoring & Support

• Regular audits and evaluations ensure academic and operational quality.

• Continuous support from NCED headquarters for faculty development, digital tools, and curriculum updates.

• Branches may add new courses based on local demand and approval.
