Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the admission process and participation in programs offered by the National Council for Education and Development (NCED), operated by the Bhagwati Foundation. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

Admission Process

• Applicants must fill out and submit the online/offline admission form accurately.

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria specified for each course.

• NCED reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on verification and eligibility.

Course Fees & Payment Policy

• Course fees must be paid as per the schedule mentioned at the time of admission.

• Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where admission is denied by NCED.

• Any delay in fee payment may result in cancellation of admission or penalty charges.

Student Code of Conduct

• Students must adhere to NCED’s ethical and academic policies.

• Any misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

Course Completion & Certification

• Students must meet the attendance and academic requirements to receive certification.

• Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course.

• NCED reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance with academic or financial requirements.

Examination & Assessment Policy

• Exams and assessments must be taken under the prescribed rules set by NCED.

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate system requirements and a stable internet connection for online exams.

• Any malpractice during examinations will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.

Privacy Policy

• NCED collects and stores student data securely for educational purposes.

• Data will only be shared with the Government upon legal requirement.

• NCED implements strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

General Conditions

• Admission to any NCED program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• NCED reserves the right to update policies and notify students through its official website (www.nced.in) or other communication channels.

Limitation of Liability

• NCED shall not be held responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or third-party service interruptions affecting course participation.

• NCED holds no liability for external job placements or career outcomes post-certification.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
